Hero Sushi Tuggerah

Took some family to Hero Sushi for a novelty - kids loved choosing plates off the moving conveyor belt.

I was eating at this place 5 minutes ago enjoying the food until a small cockroach crawled out of the roll. Took it to the girl at the front desk she looked at the cockroach and threw it out and gave a 10% discount. I don't care about a 10% discount. I care about cleanliness just letting people know as if I had known I would never have eaten there.

Have eaten before and the food quality and quantity was good. Despite advertising that they are open until 9pm they closed at 7:30pm the night we went. Disappointing,

I have had lunch & dinner here several times and the food is amazing!!! I didn't know I loved sushi unitil I came to Hero Sushi it's so delicious and fresh!! Thank you for the kind friendly staff & hats off to all the Sushi chefs well done!! I'll definitely recommend to anyone if you want sushi go these guys because they know what there doing Thanks heaps

We visited Hero Sushi for lunch over the weekend and to be honest, I won't be going back in a hurry. The sushi and hot dishes on the train did not seem fresh (room temperature on a stinking hot day...). This is possibly because there wasn't many people there so a low turnover in food. My partner loves his sushi and normally eats a lot, but this time he chose to leave hungry and grab a snack elsewhere. Unfortunately, for us it doesn't compare to other sushi trains like Sushi Bay at Charlestown or Sushi Revolution in Newcastle.In saying this, the atmosphere and service is fine, and the prices low, so I have to give them credit for that.
