Wendy's - Tucson

That day was very slow day and when I asked for extra crackers the look I got was not friendly plus that location keeps my credit card to long at times. Not saying they did it but my card got hacked before that day so starting to use cash more often now

I appreciate how they sell their people, but if a customer comes up to the drive-thru window and especially states I want a chocolate frosty big just nothing more and then when they come into the window, ask them again or want them something else with if someone especially states I just want one product I had a request for chocolate frosty nothing else

What can I say about Wendy's that majority of the free world already don't know exists. The food is good the staff was very pleasant and the bathrooms are stocked and clean.

I only ordered a frosty and when I arrived to the window to pay, they said they added the person behind me on to my bill. They refunded me back cash but it still was inconvenient. These people don’t know how to handle transactions

What the hell happened to the burger? Patty was sliced in half and they tried to hide it. Bit into burger and the whole thing fell apart. Drive thru guy was rude. Either they don’t get the order right or something is always wrong. Uggggghhhh
