Wendy's - Tucson

I ordered a burger to go. Once in the car I was very disappointed with the food. It tasted old and like burnt grease. I ordered at 1105 AM, so I had an expectation the food would be somewhat fresh, but that was NOT the case. I ate at the Wendy's east of there on Broadway about a year ago. It was terrible

Even if the food were amazing there is ALWAYS a lady in this location that just talks to you in the most belittling manner no matter what attitude you con at her with. Drive thru is fine but her poor attitude made me not even want to support this location anymore.

We walked in, wanted to use restroom to wash my hands. We, my wife and myself, were told that the restrooms were out of order, both of them. My wife had already entered and saw that the toilet was clogged. After the food was served, I notice the burger was ok, the chili was Luke warm, the cheese was half melted only and the fries were not even warm. When we sat down, I noticed some of the tables were not clean and the floor had a lot of debris. Not even swept.

The food at this restaurant was excellent and the staff was very informed and friendly. The establishment was very clean and tidy, with no trash on tables, empty and clean trash cans, and very clean bathrooms. The food was served fresh.
