Taco Bell - Tucson

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. First, when I placed my order, they quoted me the wrong total. Then, at the pickup window, they provided the correct total. While I was waiting to hand over my card, they asked me to stand aside until they were ready to assist me, which felt quite rude. My friend, who used to work at Taco Bell, noted that this behavior was disrespectful. It seemed inappropriate for them to rectify their error while I was waiting for my food. The manager should address this issue. Additionally, the quality of the food was subpar. I won't be returning.

I spent two nights feeling quite hungry and didn't want to get dressed or drive anywhere. So, I decided to go to Taco Bell. I have to say, both nights the food was incredibly hot and fresh. The young lady at customer service was polite, and even though I forgot to get a drink, I was overall very happy and pleasantly surprised!

This is my favorite Taco Bell location in Tucson. The food is always fresh and packed with a variety of ingredients. The friendly, efficient, and attentive staff truly make dining here an enjoyable experience every time.

Great location! the employees here are always so friendly and it seems that they always have a good time with other employees. I admire their willingness to make customers welcome as well as to preserve an environment that is always fun and welcoming!

Saw a roach in the drink Fountain drain tray today, quietly told an employee about it so they could clean it,They came over looked in the tray and left it.Awesome thanks taco bell Tucson!Nice work!
