フィードバックを提供するLocation is 5 minutes away from where I live. I have been frequenting this Panda Express since they first opened. Unfortunately, my visit today with my elderly mother was met with the worst customer service from this establishment! I had to repeat myself multiple times at the Drive-Thru window as the workers' English was so broken that I could barely understand them. It would have been much easier if they had just spoken to us in Spanish when taking our order, as we requested to have Mexican food. The young person at the pick-up window who handed me our food was extremely rude and was the worst individual I have encountered at Panda Express. Our server was Anika S, and you girls have no business interacting with customers in this setting! I am only giving a one-star rating based on the customer service we received today. I truly hope that no one else has to endure their attitude after a long day.
Fast service as usual, food was a little cold yet tastes good, although
Rubbish food, I got a bigger plate and my Gf got bowl after we eat we both have a loose movement and there was no beef just half boil broccoli. I recommend this?s the worse location of Panda ever I was. was simply disappointed and never again back to this garbage food.
I'm going to order my dinner, and every guest I order is out and had a 20-minute waiting period. So I'm finally ordered and sitting for 15 minutes before they open the window and tell me that chow I ordered was also out and offered me white rice. I refused and asked for a refund. The girl gave me $20 from the register. (My total value was 20.98). Then she gives me a box with one of my ducks, white rice and chow mine. Just the worst experience I've ever had in such a place.
Overall decent fast food but the costumer service needs a lot of work. Danna was the one serving us. When I asked for vegetables she rolled her eyes. She barely said one word to us. We weren't even asked if it was for takeout or to dine in. I understand that I will not be receiving top notch care at a fast food restaurant but at least ackowledge your costumer and watch that attitude. If not work elsewhere that doesn't involve people.
