The drive-through staff member seemed preoccupied with personal matters, carrying on a phone conversation while attending to customers. This resulted in a lack of proper greetings, rushed order-taking, and minimal interaction during the transaction. It's important for employees to focus on customer service rather than personal issues while on the job.
I will not be returning to this KFC. I can forgive many things after Covid, but this KFC was disappointing. The chicken seemed old and dry, as if it had been sitting under a warmer for too long, yet the skin was dripping with fat. The gravy for the biscuits was placed in the bag upside down and soaked through the packaging. The only enjoyable part of the meal was the cookies; the rest went uneaten. It was a waste of nearly $40.
Manager was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a 12-part meal -no wing (like what we have)? practically all wings, together with no engraving and other different. the manager said she was nice and wanted to give us 3 drumsticks to compensate. manager charmaine 11@ 6/5/22
Worst KFC I've been too. Ordered the Feeds 2 meal and right there it says crispy original or mix and I asked for mix and was told they can't mix it because it's a limited item.....I stated that the menu says and as I was still talking she interrupted me and said don't argue with me so I said Crispy but got original. I didn't receive my sides at almost 5$ a piece. Poor poor service. Won't go back to this one EVER
Food was good. However, I believe most customers don't want to know that the drive-through staff person is going through a possible break in her relationship. ?. She was carrying on a conversation with someone on her phone, all while attending customers. No welcome greeting, barely took time to take order, give total price, hand over change, receipt and food items. The workplace is not for taking or making personal phone calls, much less when you are actually attending customers.
