The gelato at this place is fantastic! Nick was so funny, he should definitely be a co-owner.

I absolutely adore Frost gelato. They offer a wide variety of flavors that I cannot get enough of. The service is top-notch.

It was alright, seemed clean enough. the girl with the bad highlights scooping the ice cream could use a good attitude adjustment :

It's an acquired taste but the location is great, the staff are friendly and attentive. It's pricey but always busy. There is sitting outside and inside.

This location is the truest form of poor customer service. Nothing but a rude inconvenienced attitude from the staff to the leadership . This is a staff of people who do not want customers and have no place in any form of the hospitality industry. Embarrassing leadership that allows a store to operate like this.
