フィードバックを提供するVery disappointing! This is not the food I ordered. I even tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. This is the second time I've ordered from here, and it feels like they don't understand what customers are asking for or how to provide good service. Also, I definitely recommend against ordering through any app—that was my first mistake.
I ordered a steak burrito through the mobile app, and it was disappointing. It resembled only half of a typical burrito and contained just a few small pieces of meat. I feel it was unfair to pay for something so poorly made.
I placed a mobile order and paid for extra chicken, but when I received my meal, it was short. I showed the manager my order on the app, and instead of addressing the issue, he just turned his screen towards me and told me to call a different number. In front of all the other customers, he bluntly stated that he couldn't give me the extra chicken and that I should call the number instead. This is not how you handle customer service. Honestly, it was just a small scoop of chicken. I used to think Chipotle was better than this. I ended up speaking to the manager outside of the store, and I told him that one scoop of chicken isn’t worth losing a customer. This place is disappointing, and I won't be returning—keep your chicken. By the way, I called the number he provided, and their service was terrible as well.
BEST CHIPOTLE I?VE EVER BEEN TO?. The crew was the best and Billy is a legit PROFESSIONAL burrito wrapper. I?ll only eat the landing center CHIPOTLE from now on.
Always very clean. Fast and cheerful service. In my opinion, the healthiest fast food and quite tasty. Reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone.
