Angry Crab Shack Bbq - Tucson

Excellent experience! The atmosphere was casual and fun with customers writing their names on the walls, great music playing, a goofy giraffe statue, and a frog with beads watching over us. The wait staff hustled and easily answered our questions, and even the manager, Erica, was very helpful and checked on us several times. Most importantly, the food was delicious! We had seafood boils with crab legs, shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes then added the trifecta sauce. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I went there to for lunch to celebrate our 35th Anniversary. I do have to say the surrounding area is a little suspect. Not the best neighborhood. But once inside everything was awesome! Erika, our sever was fabulous. She was very nice in explaining how everything works with the boil pots. We were first timers for that. Food was awesome! We will definitely go back.

We have been coming to this place since it opened in Tucson. And the food is always great. We've had just about everything off the menu, and it was spot on from one of the seafood boils to the catfish basket or the crab po boy. But the last three times coming here, the service has been really lacking. Just this last Sunday, our server never brought out our appetizer or gave us a refill we asked for. From when this place has opened to just this last weekend, we have noticed the portions being smaller and the prices a little higher but probably inflations fault for this. Sucks because the food is great. Maybe just grub hub this place? ?

These “special” wings are sooo delicious and our waitress Alma is spectacular!! The manager Erika is sooo amazing too! I really hope everyone comes here! If not obviously for the seafood but ESPECIALLY for their service and WINGS!!!! Thank you so much for everything Ms Alma and Ms Erika !!!!! I love you girls!!!Food: 5/5

I ordered takeout crawfish bag from this restaurant. I ordered 2 lbs of crawfish with extra Cajun seasoning. When I arrived, the guy at the register rang me up for $20, which was fine. I double-checked with him to make sure it was 2 lbs, and he confirmed. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked him how much longer it would be. He rudely replied that it hadn't been that long and laughed. I showed him my receipt with the time, but he didn't say anything. Another 5 minutes passed before he called me up to inform me that he had only prepared 1 lb and charged me for 2, so I had to wait longer. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, he called me up again to say that he had only charged me for 1 lb. Confused, I paid for the second pound and asked for an extra sausage, to which he scoffed and added to my order. I spent 40 minutes waiting for my takeout order with a rude cashier who seemed to be inexperienced. Despite the service, the food was actually quite tasty.
