Wipe his hands on his apron and go back to get the ingredients. I know they say heat kills germs? but I still think gloves should be worn in any kind of food. Especially in the middle of a pandemic. Needless to say, I immediately lost my appetite and donated the food to someone in need.
We placed our order in advance, but our pizzas weren't ready for pickup at the scheduled time. I had already paid, and was told it would be another 7 minutes. When that time was up, I waited at the pickup area for an additional 10 minutes. The pizzas were bagged and ready, but the cashier decided to have a conversation with the manager for another 5 minutes. By the time I received the pizzas, they were cold and the portions were small. I won't be returning to this place again.
Grand loves tried the new Shaqaroni pizza. They loved it. It was received hot and fresh
I ordered food online, and while I was waiting in the drive-thru, the manager started singing at me instead of helping. After about 10 minutes, I drove around to get his attention, and he told me to come around again. I was the only customer there, so it wasn't difficult to do. Once I got back, he claimed he was alone and that the lobby was closed, which clearly wasn’t true. Throughout the ordeal, he never apologized for the long wait, and he didn't seem to take care of himself at all. To make matters worse, my food had been ready the whole time! I asked for a refund, but he then tried to eat my food for free. However, no amount of free food can excuse the poor treatment I received.
The pizza is quite good for the price. The kids think it tastes almost like Domino's.
