Firehouse Subs Tucker

Now and then you get a sandwich from this place where the bread is strangely dry. I think maybe they should steam or heat the bread in some way before they are served and sometimes not.

The meatball bottom was great, but the service was different. My side salad was rotten and she forgot the salad dress.

I and my friend have eaten for lunch today and unfortunately our stomach is very upset. We had two completely different sandwiches. Not sure what this was about, but very disappointed.

I have never had a bad experience from Firehouse Subs until today. I ordered an engineer sub with extra mushrooms, a cookie and bbq chips from Uber Eats. I received some other kind of chips, a disgustingly stale cookie and a terrible sub. The bread was burnt. The mushrooms tasted old. The sandwich lacked any type of deli mustard and seemed like it was just thrown together.

I love this Firehouse Subs. They always make my orders exactly to my specification and have never made an error. That being said, I order from them through Doordash because it is difficult for me to leave the house. This firehouse tends to turn off their orders through Doordash at like 5PM or around then and it is really frustrating as they are actually open until 9PM. I called the business and they told me they do that when they are understaffed, but I find that response to be lackluster. I can 't imagine a volume of dinner rush at a sandwich place somehow preventing them from taking a few more orders. Please reconsider this policy and take my money! I want firehouse for dinner and I want it delivered. lol. Best of luck to you. :
