Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Tucker

Saddened to have found a long hair in a sundae we ordered. Won’t be back.

No vegan options despite a huge sign with all kinds of fun vegan options : overflowing trash cans don't help the ambiance either...

Didn't have a pleasant experience with the mangers of this location. I informed the manger there was a problem with my ice cream. He informed me to bring it back. I brought it back and the skinny weird manger refused to honor what was told. Also, please note they use the same spoon I'm the same buckets of ice cream. To include the manger talks over my ice cream and points at it with the lid off and tells me I need to take my items and leave without remaking my honoring what was told by the previous manger. Don't shop with these type if individuals. The disrespect is written on their face.

Went to Brusters instead of Scoops that I was craving for 3 days for a carmel machiato that was a flavor listed on their flavor menu,mind you I walked there for this ice cream on a hot day..I look on the list I don't see the flavor or any of the flavors with expresso beans but they had coffee, I was very disappointed so I order 1 scoop on a regular cone because I had my dog I knew I couldn't handle anything larger so the young guy gives me a 3 scoop cone for 6.09 so I asked is this 1 scoop he says no its our regular cone it comes with 3 scoops..I said no I only wanted 1 scoop I have my dog this is too big he says ok I refund you and take.some ice cream off for you I said okay thank you but je refunded me the 6.09 but then charged me 3.99 for the scoop he left on..lol WOW!!!

Quick service even during rush hour! Ice cream is a little sweet for me and prices aren’t like Braum’s but nice place to go out for dessert
