Pizza Hut - Tualatin

Four reasons not to order pizza from here again: 1 Deliver the pizza hot, not lukewarm. 2 Deliver what we ordered. We ordered two identical Detroit style pies. The 2d pizza was missing the red sauce. Had anyone looked at it, this would be very clear. Seeorder 3220908210540001414038555 3 Deliver a consistent side sauce. The garlic sauce was flavorless, thin, and runny; why payextra for bland thin runny sauce? 4 Deliver on time. We were told 45-55 minutes; it was significantly later. Reported theseproblems online. No response, it's like they don't even care. We don't want to get this again.

The store was clean, the pizza was fantastic, the customer service was great. I was impressed. I have worked in fast food and know what it takes to make that happen. They worked together and had happy customers. I love the tv monitor that lets you knowwhere your order is at in the process/stage. I have a but of a drive and my pizza stayed warm. I will definitely come back tothis store!

I still have to have an experience at any other pizza place alone restaurant that was pleasant enough that I had warned the time to leave a review. But today this changes and thanks to an employee named Jeff. Extremely pleasant interaction. I will use this store more often, why should I waste time at the other places that have no ounce of care. Thanks again Jeffy for the good experience.

In my opinion, this restaurant is the best in the Portland metro area. The quality of the food is exceptional, and the service is excellent! Even though many businesses are experiencing staff shortages, you wouldn't realize it here. The food is consistently prepared quickly and meets high standards.

Terrible customer service. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. They always seem to have an excuse for why they can't deliver food properly.
