Oh my god! My mom, my brother and I were not having a very good day and so we stopped at Panera for lunch. My mom ordered a Ham and Gouda Cheese Melt but they didn’t have mustard which was not the end of the world. They were super nice about it and my mom said the sandwich was good. Just as we were cleaning up and getting ready to leave a very nice worker came up to us with a brand new Ham and Cheese melt, two bags of chips, a cookie, and large drink cup. She said she found the mustard and wanted to give us something as a little sorry. It was one of the nicest things that has happened to us in a while and we were so appreciative. We feel so bad we didn’t catch your name but to that lady who did this for us, thank you so much, you really didn’t have to. We will gladly melt come back next time we are in the area.
