Zuri Coffee Co - Truckee

After noticing that many other coffee shops only offered vegan and gluten-free options, I decided to take a chance and visit Zuri. Despite not finding any vegan reviews of the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they had at least six vegan options on their menu. I tried the apple roll, berries turnover, and vegan veggie pot cakes, all of which were excellent. They even rivaled my favorite vegan coffee shop, Timeless, a Bay Area classic. The lattes and London Fogs I ordered (one with coconut milk and one with soy milk) were also delicious. I am grateful for finding this place and look forward to returning every day while we are in town.

They were on par with my favorite vegan coffee shop, Timeless, a bay area classic. The lattes and London Fog (made with coconut and soy milk) were also delicious. I am grateful for this place and cannot wait to go back every day while we are in the city.
