Great food but unfortunately the lady at the front counter is incredibly rude and aggressive. With plenty of other pizza choices around, I won’t be eating here again. Tried to call manager to discuss this employee and she grabbed the phone out of his hand and started threatening me, and then I was hung up on and my call was not returned. Really awful customer service ?

I didn't have the opportunity to taste their food to be honest.i ordered through UberEAT and it was never delivered, because the delivery man was too late and they were closed when he arrived.I received a call from uber to let me know, but unfortunately that made me cook my own dinner since all the Halal restaurants were closed.

I ordered through the Slice app. They forgot the topping on my pizza, which is not the end of the world but the pizza i got was truly horrible. Like grocery store freezer aisle quality pizza.. I'm confused because the pizza I got looks nothing like the pictures of the pizza I see on Yelp for this restaurant. Did the delivery driver give me the wrong pizza? I am confused and disappointed.

Order to give the new place a try! If your looking for cheap it’s okay. If your looking for fresh absolutely not food was ice cold and the pizza is terrible. Definitely won’t order again.

Omme eats has the best chicken gyros in south troy, but you can’t get one without an enormous hassle because the pizza counter lady is so rude and aggressive. She has ruined my dining experience now FOUR times, including slapping her hand on the counter at me, ignoring me intentionally, and making rude comments to both myself and my companions. I tried to call and speak with the manager about this employee but she ripped the phone out of his hand and yelled and threatened me with physical violence ? hope they manage to find some stable staff soon, so I can go back to enjoying their food! Too annoying to go there now knowing I will have to deal with that grease beast when there are plenty of other food options so close by. Give this place a miss!
