Kfc - Troy

Although the doors are open don?t expect to dine in! The sign on door says the doors are open for carry out mobile app pickup only but the directs everyone thru the drive thru. The line is extremely long. I?m sure the problem is finding good workers. There is a sign that they are hiring.

We went to this store on a Sunday for family dinner. The door was open so we went in. We stood at the counter for a good bit with no acknowledgement from the staff. After we yell out the tell us it's drive through only and they had told us 3 times.Okay, no you did not tell us 3 times and why we're the doors not locked or a sign in the window stating drive through only. Nothappy at all.

Last night at 8:30 pm, I visited the drive-through of a restaurant and tried to order chicken gizzards and chicken livers, but was told they were out of stock. I then attempted to order tenders, only to be told they were also out of stock. The only option available was chicken breasts. This experience was disappointing and is reflective of the consistently poor service we have experienced at this particular KFC location in Troy. It is not surprising to see that they are currently seeking new management positions on Indeed, as our experiences have been far from satisfactory.

Since the pandemic, the restaurant no longer offers a buffet and prices have significantly increased. We decided to visit the drive-thru, but after seeing the high prices, we chose to leave without making a purchase.

The biscuits smelled delicious, but there was no indication that it was drive-thru only. The woman working inside was difficult to understand, possibly due to having a mouthful of biscuits. It came across as somewhat rude.
