フィードバックを提供するThis was the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had! Where was the manager? This was my second and last visit to this location. I ordered two burritos—one with chicken and one with steak. The steak was disgusting and it was the last scoop left. When it came to the toppings, they were incredibly stingy, and of course, there were no fajita toppings available. I watched the employee struggle to fold my burrito and when I asked if he was doing it differently, he couldn't even answer me. To top it all off, the chips were stale. I will never return to this location again.
I've visited this location about 15 times, always dining in. The food quality is good and consistent with other Chipotle restaurants. The staff is friendly, and the wait times are generally short. My main concern is that the restaurant is sometimes closed even during the hours it’s supposed to be open.
JULY 21, 2021: NEW, VERY CLEAN. This location has not fallen into disarray yet. The service was a bit slow, but the food was clearly fresh and plentiful. I felt good about everything at this location, especially compared to another Chipotle about 2 miles south on Crooks, which should be shut down by the health department. I highly recommend this Chipotle location.
I love this chipotle when operational but whoever manages the store and corporate needs to make sure app orders don?t get accepted. To Chipotle, pay people more so this doesn?t happen, to the store manager please communicate with corporate so you don?t waste someone?s time. I was able to get a refund but still this is annoying. Figure it out please.
Ordered via the app for a mobile pick up at 6pm on a Thursday. Upon arriving to the drive through pick up area, I see a sign that reads Sorry, we 're closed. For order that got through before our online system was shut off, call ____________ for refunds . At 6:30pm?? Normal dinner hours? Not only disappointing but a complete inconvenience. There were a few other cars in line so I know there must have been a good amount of people in my same situation. I don 't quite understand how such a well-known and well-liked chain can have such issues.
