Billy Sims Barbecue - Troy

After our original restaurant fell through, Billy Sims was able to take our large group’s order for a Remembrance Dinner. They were SO professional and everything was phenomenal. This Billy Sims location has always been a class act in terms of exceptional service and the food is terrific everytime. So thankful these guys came through in a major pinch!

Dear Billys! Not a big fan of the sides, besides the green beans, LOVE them. Every meat here is delicious!! Super friendly staff, they are always noticeable conversation. I recommend going here!

Excellent delicate BBQ all around! Slowly cooked meat with fast service! Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, etc. They call it! All matching sides, Cornbread, Beans, Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob, etc. Excellent home brand sauce selection! Turtles and other desserts. Also souvenirs. Super friendly people! Great atmosphere! Love this place!

I don't usually write reviews like these, but hands down one of my going to bbq places when in Troy! Every time I go, I am reminded of how much I love it again and again. Not only the food super delicious, but everyone on his team always has the best setting and is always ready to answer questions when I have them. Not only that, but the attention to detail and cleanliness is excellent! Aren't you going anywhere else?

Was not too satisfied with the quality of food. Spent 60 for my family of three. My daughter's ribs were red and super chewing and her Mac and cheese were cold. My side to Mac and cheese was also cold. On the plus side the sauces were good and the staff seemed pleasant.
