A colleague has suggested that a popular Trouville Restaurant is undeserved of its acclaim because it lacks sophistication. There are also giant varieties of species from warmer seas which might taste good but could easily be extras on a Star Trek planet. . No café to finish off but wine by the glass, Chablis and a medley of other whites. The middle unit has an enormous offering of freshly prepared paella if you want something hot and if like me you sometimes prefer smoked salmon, it will be there on most stalls, not necessarily on display. Very beautiful place with very large selection of fish and seafood. not cheap, but delicious and beautiful. I didn't think it was possible to see and try as many species of garnelen!
