Pizza Hut - Troutdale

They made a mistake with one of my orders, but it was fine—it just wasn't what I had wanted, and I let them know. Despite my saying it wasn't necessary, they insisted on replacing it. Since then, I've visited multiple times and have only positive things to say about the quality of the food and the staff.

Awesome customer service!!! I ordered a pizza super late, about 10:50pm. I worked all day and was exhausted. When I went to pick it up, the girl not only brought it out to me right away (I took probably 2 steps out of my car but she also wrote a reallynice message on the box. It made my day, more than she knew : Thank you so much!!!

The staff was friendly, but we purchased two large pizzas for $40 last night, and we’ve both been dealing with food poisoning for the past nine hours.

I ordered delivery and was informed that it would be slightly delayed, which I didn’t mind at all—I appreciated the heads up. The customer service was excellent. I ordered a large dinner box, and everything tasted fantastic, especially the breadsticks!

Definitely get your Za here. Never disappointed in my order. Fresh ingredients and the staff work hard as hell to make sure you are happy. Much love yall.
