Burger King - Trotwood

I ordered a number 2 add cheese. An I paid 14 dollars. And they gave me a number 1 with cheese. My burger was cold. I called the restaurant 6 times no answer. I’m so upset

Poor customer service, headset person calls you ugly when she gets your order wrong. But she the one working in a bonnet

The ABSOLUTE WORSE place. The hashbrowns are ALWAYS stale, the buns are too. Customer service at the drive thru is ALWAYS a joke. Most unfriendly people, just ignorant attitudes and the orders are always wrong and not fresh. Several times I've had a guy at the window reach in his pocket to give me my change! Absolutely unprofessional environment, and it seems like no one there wants to work. This Burger King location needs a complete employee do over, or CLOSE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSATISFACTORY, UNSANITARY location, before someone gets sick or worse.

Came about 5:30pm had a line and thought omg I’m gonna be here forever but NOOOO moved fast and my food was hot fresh and great customer service!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Walked in to an employee smoking weed in the bathroom. Was dirty. Totally jacked up our food (probably because they’re high). Took 5 mins for an employee to acknowledge I was standing at the counter. Then in the middle of ordering they’re looking at their phone. No wonder your locations are going out of business.
