Its always very clean and quick service. The vibes are very welcoming and the music is great in addition to everything they offer on the menu

The only good thing here is the ACAI bowls. BUT be prepared to wait 30-40 minutes for them to make you one. We went there at around 1 and they were still bringing one banana out at a time to complete the bowl. They weren't completely set up and ready tor go for the day? It wasn't early in the morning. The people working there are strange and make you feel like you are bothering them. I ordered coffee and was given extremely hot coffee without cream or sugar stocked. The employee went to the back and never came back out. I waited in the front to get cream and sugar and he never came back. The lobby is really dirty as well, including the cube you are supposed to work in. I'm really disappointed in my experiences. This happens every time we order from them. If you don't want to try then why are you open?? Very confusing. Maybe I should call ahead and ask them if they want to work today? Please take this as constructive criticism, this place has so much potential

Second sunday in a row that they closed hours before posted time. My daughter drove up to get smoothies for the family. There were two workers in the shop with the door locked and would not respond to knocks. This is very typical for the poor service that i receive every time I go in. If they were not so close I would not even bother ever stopping in. Good food ! lousy service!!

If you are a delivery driver, be prepared to wait a long time for your customer’s order. This place is severely understaffed and has been for several months. They are even slow on the days when there are no dine-in customers allowed. I don’t see this place lasting much longer.

We walked in and had to wait for about 3 minutes until some guy came out to greet us very impersonally. He ignored us and kept working on another drink with out asking any questions or providing basic customer service….acknowledge the people and have a friendly attitude.This place is either understaffed or if there was someone else working there with him they completely do not care to help because it seem like there was only one man running the show. Also that is a security issue.In addition to that it was freezing cold inside while it’s 70° outside, totally killed the vibe for wanting to wait probably another five or eight minutes to get a call morning breakfast smoothie. Now we are on our way to smoothie king in Southlake. We at least know they will give us excellent customer service and not ignore us for five minutes and also be able to produce a drink in a timely manner.We tried to give this local business a try considering we live in the town but it’s sad to see that they simply don’t care. Considering all of the other negative reviews it seems this place only exists because their over price drinks provide them the ability to sustain a horrible business model.
