Dunkin' - Trooper

Out of the three Dunkin' locations within close proximity, this one is definitely my top choice. The employees are consistently friendly and efficient, with one standout staff member who always ensures my order is accurate. Their high level of customer service makes it my preferred spot to visit.

The staff at this restaurant uses my name when I place an order. They are extremely friendly and work quickly. I cannot praise them enough.

The automated voice system at NVNT was quick and highly effective.

When I arrived to pick up my online order, the restaurant's door was locked. Since I was on foot, I couldn't use the drive-thru and had to ask for a refund for my order.

I am constantly disappointed with this restaurant as my order is frequently incorrect. This time, I paid for two bagels but only received one, and both of the coffees I ordered were incorrect. I am fed up with wasting my money here.
