フィードバックを提供するJe suis vraiment déçu, venons d’aller chercher un duo poitrine poulet, et quand mon conjoint est arriver à la maison avons manger les poitrines poulet avec frite et sauce et le tout était froid. J’imagine que lors de notre appel pour commander, la personne nous a dit que tout était prêt, de venir chercher la boîte. Moi qui travaille dans le public, c’est officiel que je ne vous ferai pas de publicité
Un désastre.... J'ai commander le spécial du mois, j'ai attendu 1h30. Le livreur as oublié ça machine au restaurant... En plus la nourriture était froide, car elle as été mise en boîte à 18h39 et elle est arrivée a 19h50. J'appelle au restaurant la gérante n'était pas contente, mais me dit qu'il vont refaire la commande. Le livreur arrive et ils ont oublié de lui dire qu'il allais refaire la commande. Donc le livreur arrive avec la machine et pas de commande... Résultats, très mécontent et j'ai très faim..
Yuck. Seriously... This is the first time I've experienced this. Tonight, there was an older lady working who was coughing into her hand, then took the food and handed me a bread roll. When I said I didn’t want any bread or sauce, she got upset and insisted on remaking my plate. She then rubbed her nose, grabbed my food with her bare hands, and gave me back the same fries. To top it off, there was a cigarette pack on the condiment rack! The two employees weren’t communicating, and it was really bizarre what was happening at Chicken Rocket tonight. I felt uncomfortable asking her to stop, so I left with my meal and ended up throwing it away at the first opportunity. It was disgusting and really subpar.
A few years ago, I would have given this place one star, but recently we've decided to give it another chance, and it's definitely improved. Even though it still remains a fast food restaurant, the staff were attentive, and the chicken was good and well-prepared.
The food is good, but the online ordering service is far from ideal. I ordered two meals (a half chicken and a club sandwich) for delivery at 6 PM and received text and email confirmation of the delivery time. The problem? The delivery person arrived at my door at 2:50 PM, over three hours early! He offered to take the order back and return at the correct time, but I didn't want to take that risk.
