Nicely layed out restaurant with great views service was pleasant but food was at best mediocre. If food would have been better then location and service would have made it a 4 star

We visited this restaurant in the evening on a weekday. From the menu we ordered a shrimp curry, calamari dry fried ginger garlic, rice and a plain Nan. The cooking and food delivery was of a reasonable time, but I’m afraid the food flavour could only be described as average with so much good food on offer in Kerala it was a disappointment. After the bill had been paid we witnessed the staff having an seemingly organised discussion on how much of a tip we had left and laughing at our waiter. It may be the case that with being a beach front restaurant with a prime location that tourists are seen as grist for the mill.

We were walking along Lighthouse beach and saw Ajay and Kumar who we have known for many years at the fish display for Santana.We knew if these two were involved it would be good and we were not disappointed. Even though we stayed quite a distance away we came back four times and ate different food each time and each dish was superb.The Tandoori chef is very very good and Kumar is a little crazy but he will really look after you as will Ajay and the rest of the staff.Its a great place to people watch and was always busy .It is busy for a reason.Give it a try you won't be disappointed
