Las Animas Grill - Trinidad

We thought here was a couple of mixed drinks and an appetizer. it has a very cozy feeling inside and beautiful low lighting at the bar area. inviting staff when they enter and their barkeepers make delicious drinks! recommend they stop!

Bar and grill, that's a step up. many bottled/winning beer selection and a curated short list of craft beer on tap. large portion and friendly service. the atmosphere was welcoming and clean. obviously a place where a person could become a rule with ease.

Great tasting. I had a burger and mean man a rue. both were fantastic. the riders are very unique. not crispy, but also not so tender. I think it's hard to remove. I look forward to trying the cash later. very cheap prices for high quality. that is a rare thing.

We are in vacation in colorado, and our first station was las animas grill. google by trinidad, co recommended so we decided to check it. first of all they love the inner city, which it is located in many colored and unique buildings and read animas grill fits directly into the aesthetics. simple parking in the opposite, as well. we were greeted by the moment in which we sat at a table, within a few minutes despite a packed space. we decided to share a savory (denver scramble) and a sweet dish (French toast). they were both tasty meals and did not regret our decision. we packed our children silver dollar pancakes and mixed fruits to share what was recommended by our server. overall great experience with the personal and location. grabbed a shot glass and a patch as souvenir and planned to come back when we ever go back to co.

The inside is visually appealing and the staff is very friendly. The food looked amazing but was not very flavorful. Overall a good experience worth trying.
