Gelateria Soban - TRIESTE

Stopped here and had some great gelato. The flavor was right on and so was the texture. Served correctly at the right temperature. Service was friendly and warm.

I had the best cup of gelato in Trieste on my last visit to Soban. They only use natural ingredients to produce an organic taste unlike the many artificial flavours others use. All of the gelato is made on site. I understand that the owner comes from a family that is famous for making top quality gelato in Italy.

Frozen loa of this establishment is special and unique. Only the last time they didn't find me candy with salt that was my favorite! I notice their artisanal value and their refined drop, I have the feeling that they are less sugary and false than the rest of ice creams of the best treatises of ice cream and have many flavors of natural fruit and vegans.
