Das Essen ist absolut köstlich, sorgfältig zubereitet und liebevoll präsentiert. Als Veganerin habe ich mich über die große Auswahl an veganen Gerichten gefreut! Zudem hat man einen tollen Ausblick, und das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet – einfach wunderschön. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt; die Menschen sind sehr sympathisch und charismatisch. Nur weiterzuempfehlen! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen letzten Abend unseres Urlaubs und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Liebe Grüße aus dem Saarland!

November 22 were launched, offer a wide range of foods, with classic vesper, meat dishes and vegetarian/ vegan dishes that keep the scale. The prices are suitable for the dishes and the quality of the dishes, and the natural cook of the house like to put on wild herbs and other specialties from nature. All dishes we tasted were very tasty: the rainbow trouts were tender and freed from fats, the pork steak roasted to the point, the roasted potato crust and the salad plate consisted of many different salads including pumpkin seeds. I also feel very beautiful and commendable that people with disabilities are integrated in the Hirzwald team. - The staff was still somewhat uncoordinated, but this is completely understandable in the first week. I can recommend the restaurant completely and like to come back.
