Middle Grounds Grill - Treasure Island

This restaurant was conveniently located within walking distance of our hotel, so we decided to give it a try. Despite being busy, we were surprised by the size of the restaurant and only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. While waiting, we ordered drinks – the Rum and Coke was a bit watery, but the house red wine was decent. We chose to sit outside on the patio, which was relaxing and pleasant despite being near a busy road. The greenery helped to muffle the noise. For our entrees, my husband ordered the chicken breast alfredo and said it was excellent, even though he is quite picky about his alfredo sauces. I opted for the vegetarian pasta and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was, with a variety of veggies and a light sauce. The service was also great – friendly and efficient. Overall, we were impressed and would definitely consider coming back if we are in the area again. The prices ranged from average to high, but we felt that the quality of the food and service made it worth it.

Is a must-try. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely recommend trying this place out, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing place! Everything was fantastic! I can't stop talking about the scallops. They were cooked perfectly, so delicious they just melt in your mouth! The atmosphere and service were great too. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

Without a doubt, the best food we experienced during our time in the area! This restaurant was bustling with activity when we arrived, with only 2 parking spots left - a promising sign! Despite being told there was a 45-minute wait, we opted for the first available seating and were seated on a covered patio within 30 minutes. Our server was both helpful and attentive. I decided on an a la carte order of lobster tail, shrimp, and Caesar salad, while my daughter went for the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Every dish was exceptional, the best we've ever had! The previous night, we had spent $100 at the hotel restaurant and were amazed to find even better food at Middlegrounds for $15 less! What a pleasant surprise during our vacation! Absolutely fantastic!
