The Original Flap Jack Shack

If haven't been, go there! Take a step back in time and enjoy good food and great service for a medium price!

This is typically one of my favorite places to come alone, get some work done, sit up at the bar/counter have a great meal but today…. By all means take up the entire area for staff arts and crafts so that a customer cannot sit there…You should have offered to take it somewhere else and give a regular the opportunity to sit there. It’s unfortunate but over the past six months to a year the service really has gone downhill here and I’ve had some very bizarre staff interactions.

Had an omelet with sausage gravy on top.(can't remember the name of it) Didn't taste bad! Wish there was a little more in the omelet like what was listed on the menu, but wasn't terrible. Server was very nice and she mentioned she was newer! She did great!

It had been a while since I last dined at The Flap. The overall experience was enjoyable.

Whenever I am in TC for breakfast, my family and I always choose to go to the Flap Jack Shack!
