Taco Bell - Traverse City

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. I requested no salad on my dish, but it came with salad anyway. I called to inform them about the mix-up, and they addressed the issue promptly. The staff was very courteous. Despite the restaurant being busy, I was really pleased with the service I received.

On Sunday morning at 9:30 AM on May 22, there was only one employee working. She took my order, processed the payment, and delivered my food, all with a friendly smile and a sincere apology for any delays. She had an unusual name, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her dedication, especially in today's world.

We thought of a late lunch and were welcomed by the most friendly voice on the drive thru speaker. We had a very long waiting period, but when we arrived at the window, the sweet worker let us know that she was the only one there. She had taken our order, took our money and cooked our order. All in all with the MOST BEAUTIFUL, GENUINE SMILE ON HER FACE. If someone knows Killashandra who works at the front street Taco Bell, please tell her how grateful we are for the amazing service and the fantastic personality. It deserves a lot of credit for the operation of this place handwork and everything with a positive attitude. Taco Bell must give her a huge bonus!

I was pleasantly surprised by how polite the staff was; both employees I interacted with were very courteous. The person on the speaker even asked how my day was going! The food was delicious, just like typical Taco Bell. I would give this a 5-star rating, but my Chalupa was a bit tougher than I expected. I usually love them!
