Like the food but horrible service, tried 4 times always late and twice wrong sandwiches Hair in a sandwich

Dear God that was delicious! I had heard good things about Firehouse Subs but I must admit...my sandwich tasted better than I expected! The staff was super friendly and on point the first day open. You order at the registers in the back and it takes about 6 minutes to get your sandwich even when they were busy. Also... you can round up on your change and donate to our LOCAL fire department and first responders, which is very cool knowing that the donation is being allocated to our community!

Great service! The staff was very friendly from the moment we went in to the moment our subs were ready. The subs were extremely good, and were made to the highest standards that are second to none. I look forward to going back to Traverde City and having another amazing Furehouse sub!

I had high expectations for a restaurant that pays homage to firefighters and fireworks, but I was disappointed when the food turned out to be made from frozen ingredients, stale bread, and lacked any real flavor. If I were a firefighter, I wouldn't be pleased. They certainly have the potential to create delicious dishes, but unfortunately, they missed the mark this time.
