Bluebay - Traralgon

The place is always busy, the food tastes great especially the battered hotdogs. I can tell the manager (owner?) knows her stuff and has real passion and attempts to pass that on to her staff.

We needed to stop on our way back to Melbourne and fish & chips seemed a great idea. The grilled flake was moist, the chips crispy, and the salad was fine. Potato cake was bit thin but overall quick service, and handy as it's right on the Princes Highway.

It has been 12 months since I was here. So decided to give it another try. Cleaned up a lot in12 months. But the rudeness to staff is disgusting. Will never return.

Last week we had a family get together for the Grandsons birthday and fish and chips were the order of the day plus potato cakes , dim sims and chicken nuggets.It was a large order which we rang through, the lady on the phone was very curtious , told me the price after double checking the order and said how long it would be .She was spot on with her time , as we walked in it was just being served up .The order was spot on and all was terrific, enjoyed by all.Hard to get any better I think.

The owner served us and for someone who should probably focus on her business not closing down she was incredibly rude. Unfortunately the food didn't make up for it either. The place looks filthy, and they should really get eftpos
