Today for the first time, we tried the cuisine proposed by Golà. It was really a pleasant and surprising discovery. It shows the freshness and quality of the raw materials used and the ability to combine and cook in a healthy and tasty way. In addition, the menu being varied and complete, can satisfy all tastes. Last but not least, the pleasant and friendly welcome of the staff and the punctuality of delivery of the order should be praised. Congratulations

I've known Golà for just over a month, or since I moved back to Trani after so many years of absence. It is a little restaurant that made me know my new colleagues, who for a long time rely on Golà and Gianni, who I follow with great pleasure also on Facebook, because we think in the same way about so many things related to food culture! for lunch breaks in the office. Those who already know me here on Tripadvisor know that I am vegan of very long course, and how problematic it is for me and not only, obviously find places where the vegan choice are the now unbearable pasta with tomato/ garlic and oil, bruschette with tomato, frette chips and salad, which of one in general have only the prices... Every day Golà offers a wide choice of vegetables, legumes, cereals and raw or cooked vegetables, fresh and seasonal, to be composed by choosing among all those offered in the Mediterranean Diet Menu and Salad Menu , but often also in the dishes of the day... As for everything that is not of animal origin, I can guarantee that everything is always fresh and cooked with all the crypts! On the other hand, I have never recorded a complaint by my omnivorous colleagues, who quietly order first varied dishes, meat and fish. The portions are more than abundant and the prices not only affordable, but more importantly...CORRETTI. We ask for delivery directly to the office, and it always comes with extreme punctuality, and I have not yet been in the restaurant that I have only seen passing through, and as well it seems to me a very cozy place! but I promise to do it as soon as possible, and I am sure that it will be even more pleasant to eat their dishes. Bravo Gianni and good everyone, you are a truly admirable reality in a city that, alas, offers at the level of catering so many excellence, but also so much smoke in the eyes... Very recommended. P.S. did not give the maximum score because, as mentioned, I have never been guest of the restaurant...but I will review my review as soon as possible, promised!

Known thanks to the Too Good to go app. We were greeted very friendly and, as a regulation, the box was ready upon our arrival. On the return home the welcome surprise: we found two hamburgers, a portion of parmigiana, one of baked ears, another of gratinated tomatoes and a nice piece of ricottata and spinach frittata. All for only 3,99 euros!!! Foods are very fresh and of excellent quality. Very nice discovery. Among the many dishes offered (at very low prices, considering the high quality, ample space is dedicated to vegetarian and vegan specialties. Recommended!! !
