Pizza Time - Tralee

Ordered pizza with just eat 17.00. They said delivery between 18.00 18.30. Checked in 18.40 reply. On its way. Now 19.47 phone off hook, no delivery no answer. We then contacted just eat who called back and said it would arrive in the next 6/7 mins. Called just eat again 20 mins later. They put us on hold this time and said it was nearly there. At approx 20.30 we called just eat and cancelled. We posted reviews promptly. Pizza time called an hour later and aggressively insisted that the order was delivered. He wouldn't accept us telling him it was not delivered. He then asked his staff who delivered it as we listened. I informed him he couldn't know it was delivered if he didn't know by who, he still insisted, when I asked to speak to delivery driver he hung up. I called back and asked why he hung up he started referring to some other delivery at first. When I corrected him he got very nasty and used unacceptable foul Language. .... You several times.

Ordered a take away last Friday never arrived after 2 hours and I have called the place twice and the 2 girls I have spoken to said that it was on the way and I have waited and never arrived 2 hours later. I got a call back from the manager and he was quite rude saying that the food was delivered but it was not ,while he was on the phone to me he was asking who delivered to mine address meaning that he did not even speak to the driver before contacting me. When questioned on the phone why he was not telling the truth he hung up the phone and when I called back he used a very bad language. He could have just apologised instead of creating all this drama.

Traveling from out of town. Ordered a pizza for delivery and fantastically surprised. So good. Sauce Crust sooooo much better than your average pizza joint like four star or dominos etc.

The pizza at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and offers great value.

I have tried this restaurant and can confirm that it is not a franchise but an independently owned business. In my opinion, they are the best at making pizza.
