The Urmston - Trafford

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but I do have one small criticism. It would be nice if the staff didn't clear the table in silence. It makes a big difference when they ask how everything was and if we need anything else. Not only does this help increase sales, but it also leaves a positive impression on the overall dining experience. The staff need better training in this area.

I took my parents out for a birthday dinner and we had visited this restaurant once before. The staff were incredibly friendly and the variety of food options was impressive. Our meals arrived promptly after ordering and were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Today, my son and I, who is 10 years old, visited this restaurant for the first time to try out their food. We were extremely impressed with the amazing food and excellent service. We arrived at around 1pm and it was not too busy, so we had no trouble getting a table. We ordered the salt and pepper chicken fries for our starter, which we shared, and by 1:40, we had finished it. Our main courses, roast beef for me and chicken curry for my son, were served by 2:10. Although it took a little while to get someone's attention to clear our plates and order desserts, the Lotus Biscoff cheesecake and piping hot apple crumble with custard were again amazing. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was super tasty, and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant to our friends.

Visited recently with family over from Australia for Christmas. We had large fish, chips, mushy peas and homemade tartare sauce. All delicious and piping hot, the battered fish was excellent, pure white flakes of good quality cod, fresh and crispy as it should be. The staff were all polite and the price was good.

Fabulous food, service and atmosphere for our first Christmas Dinner at The Urmston! Thank you all so much, we will definitely be back next year!
