Caffeine Co Longford Park - Trafford

Came in for a coffee before I took my son to the park. They took my name and told me that it would be out in a few minutes. After 15 minutes of juggling a restless toddler I notice the only person now working there is clearing tables so I went to ask how long my order would be. The guy really bluntly said to me that he's just got back from his break and my order must have been lost in the system because whoever had taken it wasn't there anymore. No apology and no offer for a refund, he just makes me a really rushed coffee which was full of coffee grinds. 20 minutes and £3.30 well spent. Shambolic. Won't be returning

This used to be a great place before it changed hands . Prices have almost doubled and the food is quite disappointing. Considering it is next to a play park it does not cater for families with young children. Cafe very basic. Outside area scruffy. The staff used to be friendly and polite ,now they are uninterested and unhelpful.

Stopped by for coffee and cake, both delicious, I can tell the coffee is good quality. Lovely and approachable bunch of staff too

I went here with my friend and had a delicious chocolate and pecan brownie with a refreshing homemade lemonade. Not much else to say

Overheard some inappropriate conversations that made eating very uncomfortable. Do hope they change their behaviour.
