Very bad customer service. The owner was rude and racist. He said we couldn't say the right order. So, he refused to give us a refund.because he said as a owner he have the right to do it. also he called the 3 security guys to kick us from west valley mall .

Honestly? my lack of stars is not a judgement about the boba tea we have ordered. it has more to blame for the fact that we migrated to treat a 7-year-old to make a tasty and they were insensitive inappropriate music while we waited for our drinks. such a device is not an adult and the environment should be kept friendly for all age groups. the place was full of young children while we were there! I recommend to those who choose their music selections carefully and think about how it can affect their customers.

Pleasant staff who had to fill our bowls and apply condiments themselves. Clean facility and tasty product.
