Went through the drive thru and used the app for a promotion they took over 10 minutes to try and figure out what the issue was then told me I could not get what I ordered finally I paid then they told me I didn’t even pay when I clearly had the transaction on my phone open as it had already gone through. They wouldn’t honor nor compensate me for my time and then wasting my time and having the worst customer service ever then they told me it was my fault. Now I remember why I don’t go here. Checked my bag no receipt. Avoid this place!!!

It was an ok experience here at Wendy’s. We showed up on a Saturday afternoon, around 2 pm or so. The drive-through was a bit busy but nothing crazy, no huge lines. Inside was empty, it was just us and another group of 3 people.The cashier was ok. Not rude or anything, she was just there. Not very friendly, or welcoming, no smiles of any kind. She took our order quickly and professionally.The food was ready by the time we were paying for our order lol. Fast food right? lol.The restaurant was clean inside, looked good. Lots of soft drink choices. The weird thing was that, there were no plastic utensils, napkins, nor straws out on the floor. They were all empty. When we got our food, they gave us a few napkins with it. Is that normal here? Weird.Not sure if I’ll go back there. The food was ok. Nothing crazy, it was what you expect from a fast food restaurant. It was a bit on the pricey side though, at least that’s what I thought.

Very pore customer skills. They are great as long as you are simple and don 't ask questions. It took 3 minutes for a worker to get off his personal phone and help me to be compensated for a breakfast sandwich that made me feel unwell.I waited from 9 until 12:30 to feel better and get lunch. I took back the sandwich, first the complaint was that i can 't substitute my sandwich for a lunch sandwich. Even though i repeated offered to pay any difference since its more . Not one manager or worker offered a solution. I had to ask them to compensate me so i can order food i want. Finally after admitting i vomit from the cheese sauce on the breakfast sandwich they finally gave me a credit on my new order. I asked for my meal well done they purposely did not do that. I asked for a well done spicy chicken. They taken an old sandwich and re cooked it so its cooled off pretty quickly and it is very dry. Very very dry meat. The gave me a stem of lettuce, literally a stem! The smallest chicken smallest bun. The fried were asked to be well done i watched them put them aside to cool off before the meal was done. I watched 3 women work together as I watched the kitchen to make sure i didnt see how they chose to short cut on my order.. i have no reason to believe this hispanic team does not like black people but my question was met in the drive through with a flat No and constantly staring through the window as I waited for the cars ahead to get their meal. Lack of eye contact from the women that told me know though we kept locking eyes cause she left her post to make my order. I don 't understand why this store location tried to make people not want any special requests.They need better training or a New management team all together. Why as the customer do i have to show the manager the possibility of giving me what i want because they said they do not want to give a simple refund..I will continue to make complaints as long as they Half Arse the job.
