Sharetea Rancho Santa Margarita

Boba was very crunchy and I got an undesirable amount of Boba despite not asking for any extra. The atmnosphere was nice though, mostly made out of nitrogen. The server refused to give a drink to my Asian friend so I had to do it myselfIt is with a heavy heart that I write this edit, as I no longer believe in second chances. I had ordered something different this time, yet from the same server. She had denied my request to have ice in the drink, stating that it is “shaken with ice”. While I appreciate the sentiment I want my drink to be cold for longer than 5 minutes. A similar situation happened with the sweetness level, I had requested 80% yet was told I was getting 50%, this for an unexplained reason. Finally I had asked her to go light on the Lychee jelly….…she did not.Maybe instead of teaching your employees to give away free add-ons, you should teach them basic rules of thermodynamics and costumer service

ShareTea the best, this was honestly the first place that made me fall in love with Boba and other fruit teas as well. The customer service at this location is fantastic. It's always quick, and the flavors are always awesome. Not much else to say! Definitely come here whenever I'm in the area, or when I'm in lake forest, I go to that location as well. The ambiance of this location is great, it's clean, well lit, and I like their green wall.

Located in the Plaza El Paseo next to the Crumbl store is the franchised Sharetea.The location is fairly well spaced, nicely decorated, and kept clean. The customer service is polite and prompt. It is a quaint location to sit back and relax with a cold drink from their extensive menu.However, tried their orange passion fruit and grapefruit tea with less ice and 100% sugar and found it overly sweet to the point of makes it difficult to drink. Had to wait for the idea to actually melt and watered down the sugar element. Perhaps just need to utilize regular ice or dial down the sweetness and will return to see if another drink is more mild to the palette.

This location sucks. They turned me away when I came at 7:45 even though they close at 8. I understand if I came in like 5 minutes before closing but I feel like this was a little unreasonable. They are also really understaffed so sometimes you have to wait 15 min for your drink to be ready.

I love that they have a variety of different drinks, service is always great! Everytime I've been they were quick but just one time I went and they were not super busy but I had ordered 4 drinks and sat waiting for almost 10 mins. I didn't want to be rude and ask if they were almost done because they were still making drinks but others were getting theirs but apparently the ticket didn't print out. Everything else about the store is great!
