This little restaurant was amazing. from appetizer to main dishes, each dish was perfect. try the local rice wines!

Of course, the restaurant offers local specialties from Toyama, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the salads were! Everything we ordered was fresh and of high quality. Here’s what we tried: - **Avocado and Salmon Salad (900 yen)**: The dressing was particularly tasty, and the salmon nearly hidden under the salad was abundant. - **Fresh Cod Milt with Raw Ponzu (1300 yen)**: The freshness was exceptional—there was approximately twice the amount you'd get at a typical izakaya, and it was served over a bed of ice to keep it chilled. - **Noto Oysters Grilled with Kombu (950 yen)**: Personally, I found the flavor to be quite mild. - **Charcoal-Grilled Himi Beef Sirloin (1800 yen)**: This was juicy and offered three options for seasoning: salt, wasabi, or sauce. - **Charcoal-Grilled Yellowtail Collar (1500 yen)**: Very meaty and generous in portion. - **Yellowtail Shabu-Shabu for One (1600 yen)**: A hearty dish, perfect for those wanting a lighter yellowtail. - **Thick Cut Sashimi of Himi Yellowtail (1300 yen)**: A substantial portion, even for one serving. For two people, the total was 14,350 yen for three cups of sake!

I visited an izakaya that highlights ingredients from Toyama. Although it's been a while since my visit, I don't recall many details, but I do remember that the food was delicious enough that I want to go back. I sat at the counter, and the interior of the restaurant was clean. My visit was in August 2018.
