The Beet Bar - TOWNSVILLE CITY

Love this place. Best smoothies in town and the food is always spot on. I'm addicted to the avocado on toast and the dragonfruit smoothies. Love that there is somewhere that sells healthy food in Townsville and you don't have to wait for ages. The girls working here are so friendly as well :

Today, I visited this restaurant with my nearly two-year-old daughter and some friends. She was throwing a tantrum over a friend's strawberries, but a staff member kindly brought her some strawberries to calm her down. Later, when she had another tantrum over fruit, another lady brought her more fruit and cold water. I was really impressed with their level of care and understanding. They went above and beyond to make a difficult situation with a tantrum-prone child more manageable. The food was also excellent as always. I highly recommend this place!

The food here is incredible, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! I really appreciate the variety of delicious options available. The waffles in particular are phenomenal. This place feels like my second home.
