フィードバックを提供するWe ordered via phone the man on the phone didn't even know how to speak English having to constantly repeat myself and after confirming he still got the order wrong when we got there. They have no manners how they speak to customers, talking with aggression and snatching the food bag off me and returning the money by stating never to order there again. I mean i don't think anybody would after that treatment. When asked to speak to manager said it can't be done and to leave as they want to go home. Me and my sister travelled 30 mins drive to come back empty handed. The chef needs to be disciplined and trained on how to deal with customers. Shame on the manager, you can not run a business with that set of employees who are rude and undermining speaking in their language, snatching orders and returning money requesting never to order again. I wonder why it is so empty in there. Awful experience!
Ridiculous customer service. Chef very arrogant and the front desk man understands very little English. I ordered my food via telephone by online menu, I went to collect the food to be told online menu price is different even though price and order was agreed. My order had missing sides even though I paid the price. When I returned I was told they can 't give me wedges or fries which was missing unless I pay extra . They do not take card payment either. I waited for the manager to come on the phone to resolve the issue as advised by the chef but he was unable to get me through to the manager then chef came out took my bag of food and refunded my money by saying please do me a favour and do not order again , he also said its my problem that I am not updated with their prices and not to go by online even though price and order was accepted and confirmed on the phone. Unbelievable, it left me and family of 4 kids without food last minute after waiting 45 mins to collect. Disgusting way to treat a customer. I use to always order when it was run by asian owners.
It what seems to be a sea of deliveroo, just Eat and Uber Eats traffic sits an oasis of a cafe style restaurant which gets one away from the hustle and bustle of working from home. Its a crying shame that people would much rather order from an unknown food container with zero hygiene ratings than support a local restaurant. Initially the place seemed quiet, but when we warmly welcomed by a member of staff I realised this would be a memorable experience and I wasn’t disappointed. My nephew who is on the autistic spectrum is usually doesn’t touch food other than the dreaded mcdonalds but his chips were offered and made with so much love at Pie Factory that they didn’t last the journey home and not a sound from him the entire 1hr journey back. The pies were tasty, not the gluey sauce filled pastry you’d find in supermarkets but instead a really nice moist meat pie. The gravy was thoroughly tasty. The breaded halumi was something of a nice surprise too. I found my meal not only reasonably priced but great value for money as well. Wish there were outlets in North London so I could visit more often. Simple, unique and tasty. Thoroughly enjoyable experience
Ordered Steak/mushroom pie, mash/peas/gravy. Could tolerate the very slow service but not the poor quality food. No need to book-bonus. Got a table-bonus. Order service-20 mins in a quiet venue. The we had to hail someone to take the order as no one seemed interested. Good-plate presentation lovely. Peas quite bland. Mash had some powdery dry bits but edible. Gravy was average but a tasty gravy would so compliment the dish. Pie pastry beautiful! Steak pieces in the pie had many pieces very inedible. Small pale cuts of meat, clear fat and gristle in quite a few pieces so the contents were scooped out and left on the side. Not a full pie. To be honest-Morrison's do the same meal but the steak is rich brown and the pie full with no fat. And that's a cafe meal! And they only charge £5. Guys..sort the quality of your steak out. It's awful. Sort out service to be more attentive. Lovely venue let down by poor service and substandard meat. There are better places out there with better service. This could be a great venue but tends to cater to the Asian palatte and they don't mind fat/gristle. I won't recommend or visit again.
Traveled here over 1 hour just for the breakfast. Despite the printed menu saying the breakfast club is until 16:00 the worker says only till 2 o clock. I told him your menu says till 4 and we have traveled over an hour. He laughed straight in my face and joked to the other worker and said we can go somewhere else. So we got up and left. We were a family with a baby as well. Worst customer service ever. I did say we will unfortunately leave a bad review and he advised me to leave a review!
