This was an incredible, transformative meal; one of the best I've ever eaten. we were greeted by the cook and he gave us his suggestions for our meal, which we accompanied with the seven wine tasting. the salate was made clear with fresh local ingredients and a dressur from the local sunflower oil. then we had wild mushrooms that were fabulous. then the piece resistance the pork served with a mixture of rice and lenses and cooked with a bit heat amazing, really amazing. the brot and the wein and the fruit-comonate were also beautiful. Some places where anthony bourdain has visited the rest on their laurels, but not here; it was worth the trip from tbilisi only for this meal.
Very good and tasty eating, friendly and attentive staff, pleasant to lunch. boiled bark was a bit boring, but the salad and the maschrooms were great. I also regret not to buy her wein, as he had an unknown note that I did not find again in Georgia.
