Le Soleil - Tours

We didn't like it. the reception was good enough, our group of seven people was accepted without reservation. Unfortunately, it's the only positive thing I can say about this restaurant. We have tasted almost the whole card, 7 menus in all. Intakes: the only thing of eating was the entrance of foie gras, except for the salad dressing that accompanied it and which ended up ruining everything, the salt pie presented burnt parts and was really something. the dishes: the duck confit was accompanied by small peas, beans that seemed to come out of a can with two under, too cooked, immangeable. Lamb tagine was too acid, with whole lemon pieces and can - be without lamb. not to mention the calf that was swimming in a sauce that accompanied a parboiled rice type uncle ben bad cooked. We hoped at least to finish with a good dessert, but there was also a great disappointment. bitter tatin pie, because apple caramel was probably burned. the floating island accompanied by a much too sweet English cream, all the caramel was drowned in the fund. We'll probably not go back to this restaurant.

We have dinner in this restaurant on a Saturday evening in August. good meal with good products in sufficient quantity. The kitchen was really good; the service is pleasant and efficient can be a little waiting but it was reasonable with a full room and a single waitress that makes the maximum to satisfy customers we spent a pleasant time

We were just enjoying ourselves. we feel that the products are fresh, the colors, the flavors, everything is there to make a dinner, an excellent dinner. service was also very pleasant. I strongly recommend this restaurant!

A very good time. Simple kitchen at 12.50 euros very tasteful well presented and carine the waitress is in its place c is very pleasant. I'm making hot rooms and I'm not gonna hesitate to send my customers. Very nice home with a friend we spent a very good time of conviviality. I advise him without hesitation.

I was satisfied with my menu at 15€ in three services but a flat still: we had come for another formula, which I could see on the spot did not prompt to choose a expensive formula (we do not make gastronomic cuisine with a single person in the kitchen), and all the comments on tripadvisor convinced me of the well-founded of my choice. The menu dish in 3 services at 15€ was also offered at 15€ only on the map????
