フィードバックを提供するLækker mad i alle henseender. Vi fik en kombinationsmenu med 2 foretter, 2 hovedretter og en dessert, som vi selv kunne sammensætte ud fra dagens 3 menuer. Alt var en fryd for ganen og øjet og serveringen var fin. Helt klart sin ene michelinstjerne værdig. to af os bestilte vinmenu, og her blev vi skuffede, for det var en meget sparsom udskænkning. 5 retter koster 68 euro, med vinmenu 100 euro. rimelige priser, men med den sparsomme udskænkning var de sidste 32 euro i overkanten. Et glas hvidvin koster ca 10 euro, rose ca 16 euro, så havde vi taget vinmenu til alle 4, kunne de, der ikke skulle køre hjem have nydt de tilpassede vine i lidt bedre omfang. lidt øv, men maden var perfekt.
The kitchen is correct but it is not the explosion of expected flavors! I've taken ceps in the hall! In fact, it was 2 fine lamelles of cepes! concerning wine with glass, it is rather a glass background! short it spoils the pleasure of being in such a place! more the chef greets only a few tables ... unfortunately we are not tourists but of vence. so likely to come back!! but obviously it doesn't interest anyone!!
Loved every bit of the experience, which we were fortunate enough to have twice during May. There is such care given to each ingredient that goes into dishes designed to showcase the best of the season and the chef's selections of the moment. Example: our visit during asparagus season gave us the chance to understand how the chef truly honors both the vegetable and the season -- you literally taste and experience both. The location in the old medieval village is charming. The service is exceptional.
Excellent reception and service. We enjoyed that the chef was at the end of service at our table.All our dishes were tasty, beautifully presented and copied. I like the idea of a card: 3 products that give an entrance and a dish for each of them. a very nice address to test without any hesitation. Only small points slightly "negative":The difficulties of parking in Tourette.the room is a little noisy (old stone walls, low ceiling) but the setting remains nice despite everything.
