Overall we had a great experience with this caterer and we totally recommend their wedding services. We ordered more food than was advised based on our knowledge of our friends and family and we are happy we did. The cocktail was a success, the caterer helped out with some dietary restrictions, everyone enjoyed dinner, the cheese was devoured, the gateau and champagne fountain were fun and the late night snacks were demolished. Most of the fruit plate was eaten and we were happy to finish the excellent peaches the next day. We requested extra staff to make sure service would be impeccable both for the day of and to supplement a different caterer for la retour the day after the wedding and their team delivered. On top of all of that, timing was great! Thank you so much for being flexible and high quality, we appreciated the seamless organization (one year ago today! . Our one piece of advice would be to make sure all details are ironed out pre-event to eliminate any possible confusion.
