Cosy place, family atmosphere, kitchen and pizza ENTRAMBI excellent ...connube difficult to find!

Tried yesterday on advice of friends, excellent pizza for those who love fine and excellent food and dessert. very kind staff, correct prices. I'll definitely come back.

My regular trips to piemont and italia (there is the wonderful opportunity to experience many different restaurants and I am always sure that I visit the infernot. the pizza is still excellent, crispy and thin, but what makes it great is the quality. the beats. many of the tourist sites use very bad quality sink and mozzarella etc. this place is full of local mozens who expect the best ingredients. I'm back in september.

Place is very nice and staff very friendly. infernot is the traditional name for a cave that is used to store foods in fresh. menu offers traditional food from the environment and some entries for fish. I really don't understand why aja was offered without a garlic. without being attentive.

Found this super place on a brief visit to Tortona. Very atmospheric interior and attentive, friendly staff. My pizza was delicious with one of the best bases I have ever had, and I have eaten quite a few pizzas!!! Other meals being delivered to other...tables all looked very nicely presented. Prices were reasonable.
