If it has been open for decades there is one because, many consider it the best ice cream parlor in the city of Tortona and myself keep it in competition with another. Ice cream is produced artisanally and is very good, you can sit and eat inside and in that case you will need it with silver spoons, you have read correctly silver to take an ice cream and it does not cost as much as you think. Plus it's twisted and different sweets like macaron and has virtually every possible tea infusion existing. I go there as a child then hand on fire, quality and taste= Fanelli

Sono anni che buon gelato significa Fanelli per me. È dai tempi del liceo che vengo in questa gelateria ed è sempre stata curata e pulita. Sono incinta e avevo una gran voglia di gelato quindi mercoledì pranzo qui con mia mamma: coppa Paciugo (divina) per me e coppa Autunno per lei...buonissime entrambe! Molto carina e tranquilla la saletta e il gelato è sempre eccellente e di qualità. Consigliata anche in inverno per infusi e thè, di cui hanno un vasto menù, accompagnati da biscotti molto buoni. Personalmente trovo gentilezza e disponibilità ogni volta, penso che anche il modo in cui un cliente si pone sia importante..il cliente non ha sempre ragione! Non ammettono cani ma dare una stella mi sembra esagerato, andrebbe valutata per cose più pertinenti e oggettivamente resta una delle migliori gelaterie in zona!
